Description

PDF2Office Professional is a powerful tool that lets you convert PDF documents to a large variety of file types. It can convert the PDF files to images, to HTML web pages and to Office files such as Word documents, PowerPoint presentations or Excel spreadsheets.

PDF files are awesome if the folks on the receiving end just need to read or review the content, and not build on it or edit it. You can mark up PDF files and may do it all the time, but when you receive data or large chunks of text that you need to use in some other document or repurpose, you can be left high and dry.

PDF is a wonderful universal document format, since it can be viewed by pretty much anyone — anywhere. Unfortunately, it can’t be edited easily. Acrobat Pro isn’t the best of layout tools and not many people have it installed. Being able to edit PDFs in Microsoft Office is far better.

PDF2Office Professional is designed to extract text and images or convert PDFs into file formats that are more easily edited in other porgrammes. As well as Rich Text Format and HTML pages, PDF2Office Professional can output files as Word, PowerPoint or Excel documents, and graphics in TIFF and other formats.

Once installed, the porgramme works either as a standalone application or as a file filter in Word. You are able to select how closely the original layout should match the PDF’s, how it should handle font substitutions, what formats to convert images into, etc. PDF2Office will then convert your PDF.

You can set up batch conversion options and fine-tune each document’s settings as well, and there’s a preview option to see how the document will look with the current settings.

You can also convert each PDF page as a JPEG, PICT, TIFF or other image file, and specify compression and resolution settings. To convert, simply drag and drop to convert files using PDF2Office’s easy-to-use all-in-one interface.

PDF2Office will convert the PDF file within seconds and can extract text, images and/or other data from specific pages. Then, you can quickly view the text/native pages of a PDF document.

PDF2Office supports English, Japanese, Chinese, Korean and Western European-language data contained in PDF and XPS1 documents.

You can batch convert and convert multiple files with one click. And, you can even convert or open password-protected PDF documents.
